  • கட்சியின் அடிப்படையே அதன் உறுப்பினர்கள் தான். அவர்களை நிரந்தரமாக அடையாளப்படுத்த PERMANENT VOTERS (PV-CARD) திட்டத்தை தொகுத்துள்ளார்.
  • 2022 ஆண்டில் டாக்டர் கலைஞர் அவர்களின் பிறந்த நாளான சூன் 3 "தமிழ் மொழியின் எழுச்சி நாளாக" அறிவிக்கப்பட வேண்டும் என மாண்புமிகு முதல்வரிடம் கோரிக்கை வைத்தது. பின்நாளில் 2025 ஆம் ஆண்டு டாக்டர் கலைஞர் அவர்களின் பிறந்தநாளை “செம்மொழி நாளாக” அறிவித்தது தமிழக அரசு.

In 2019, Launched career as Field Researcher at I-PAC (Indian Political Action Committee), mastering booth-level data collection, voter behavior insights, and high-impact grassroots operations.


2020–2021 Played a pivotal role in the Tamil Nadu Assembly Elections campaign ecosystem, driving strategic execution and field coordination for large-scale outreach programs linked to Udhayanidhi Stalin.


Promoted to District Field Associate, leading structured campaign operations in Mayiladuthurai district with precision and scale.

2021 Earned top recognition and inducted into PRO team.

Took charge of 5 districts, delivering expert political diagnostics, constituency performance analysis, and strategic restructuring for superior results.

2022 Spearheaded strategic planning and execution for Urban Local Body Elections across Corporations, Municipalities, and Town Panchayats — securing an impressive ~95% success rate in assigned regions through data-driven leadership and flawless on-ground coordination.

2024 Served as Election Strategy Lead for Selvaganapathy in the Salem Lok Sabha constituency. Directed full-spectrum parliamentary war-room operations, field strategy, real-time campaign management, and decisive voter outreach — powering a strong electoral performance.

2025 (Current) Appointed State Head of T-PAC Positioning, advancing as a next-generation Election Victory Strategist. Architecting cutting-edge, data-driven campaign systems and governance-focused political strategy models to deliver consistent, high-stakes wins.
